Job Description:

Based in Calgary, the individual in this position is starting in a warehouse role and growing into Customer Service & Sales, with initial duties listed below.

Responsibilities include the following:

The successful candidate is responsible (but not limited to):

• Stocking and organizing product in warehouse
• Picking, packing, & shipping orders
• Advising customers of product shipping status as required
• Execute daily branch functions
• Strive for the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
• Uphold company initiative and policies internally
• Support all branch personnel
• Inside sales / counter sales

Key Working Relationships:

The successful applicant will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with all other staff.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be very detail-oriented, able to multi-task, be comfortable using daily computer systems, and possess strong communication skills. This person must be organized, passionate, and a motivated self-starter who enjoys a competitive environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are also beneficial. Experience in distribution or door & security hardware is an asset, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
