Take note that removing your profile from the database may take a few hours, and stopping the emails may take a few days.

To reset the Portal password, use the "Forgot your Password" option in the log-in box on the Portal Home page to change the password. Enter the email account registered in the Portal and the verification code. Give your response to the question asked when you created your Portal account, then click the password-reset button.
