Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
 
  • Ensures understanding of customer’s circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs, for the purpose of resolving customer inquiries/issues. Provides assistance and educates customers on system navigation. Shares and/or conveys routine and non-routine information to customers, maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
o Resolves connectivity/system issues (Producer Engage, Customer Engage, logins, website, etc.).
o Sets up streaming video services logins and follows through on related communication to external and internal sources.
 
  • Responsible for customer onboarding, including obtaining, verifying, and updating customer account information; coordinating outreach across departments; providing information for Customer Engage.
 
  • Provides support to the Loss Control Department. Monitors Loss Control voice mail and responds appropriately; proofs Loss Control bulletins.
 
  • Assists in the management of broker contracts. ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
 
  • Maintains email distribution lists.
 
  • Provides support and serves as a back up to the administrative lead in the marketing department.
 
  • Interacts with customers to provide information in response to routine and non-routine inquiries (telephone, email, mail, etc.), with an emphasis on communicating by phone.
 
  • Builds and maintains strong intra-company relationships as well as an extensive knowledge and understanding of the business and organization and its policies and procedures.
 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
 
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree preferred. Field of Study: Business or related discipline.
 
  • Experience: 7 to 8 years of related experience.
 
Scope of the Job
 
  • Performs work under minimal supervision.
 
  • Works on assignments reflecting the highest degree of technical complexity and coordination.
 
  • Possesses a high and extensive level of technical knowledge and skills, including product/services and industry.
 
  • Recognized as the company expert in a field. Operates with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision
