Who are you?
We are looking for a bright, savvy, passionate Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The Role
As the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for managing the front reception area at Live Nation headquarters in Toronto. You will be the first face people see when they walk in the door and will make the first impression of Live Nation. Your role will involve preparing boardrooms for daily use, answering and screening phone calls/emails for the office, managing deliveries, and ordering supplies. As an extension of the Support team, you will also help facilitate various office initiatives including assisting with onboarding new employees, coordinating food and beverage for internal events. You will also review and coordinate execution for contracts. This includes ensuring insurance and deposit requirements are completed as needed to support each contract.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
