By joining Dr. Bill as an RBC Sales Associate, you open the door to an exciting career in beyond banking and building on your existing RBC knowledge. This role will also help you diversify your RBC skills and capabilities and create alternative career paths for future growth and development. This is your opportunity to become a critical member of a small but mighty results oriented sales team, and a key partner to Dr. Bill’s referral and integration strategy with RBC.

 

This role will be attractive to individuals who have a passion for working with Healthcare clients to deliver a superior banking experience. The role may also be well suited for individuals with RBC sales experience in Personal and Commercial Banking who are comfortable engaging with clients in an agile and virtual sales environment, committed to continuous learning and opportunity spotting, and looking to thrive in a critical sales support role in a growing RBC Venture company.


What you’ll be doing

  • Providing Dr. Bill clients with RBC relationship support and needs discovery as they explore an RBC banking relationship in Integrated Markets, Business Financial Services and Private Banking
  • Partner with Dr. Bill Sales Specialists to identify RBC referral opportunities with Dr. Bill clients and prospects, and remain the main RBC point of contact for all Dr. Bill referrals until anchored with an RBC relationship manager
  • Participate in ongoing Dr. Bill client contact programs to ensure relationship continuity for Dr. Bill clients by staying in touch, providing value-added service and meaningful advice as Dr. Bill clients explore RBC personal and business banking relationships
  • Provide Dr. Bill referral tracking and reporting support across both Dr. Bill and RBC journeys in CRM tools and excel
  • Provide program and project support to better target existing RBC Healthcare clients that could be using Dr. Bill for their billing needs, and ensure RBC advisors and leaders understand the Dr. Bill product and referral process Work with RBC Healthcare Advisors to opportunity spot potential Dr. Bill referrals while providing Sales support for current RBC Leads programs

 

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated excellence in an RBC service and sales role
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven customer focused mindset
  • Experience with emerging communications (i.e., web based meetings, webex events, digital team workspace, social media and mobile applications) and RBC Sales Platform and other RBC client administrative systems

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working with Healthcare clients in RBC Integrated Markets or Business Financial Services
  • Healthcare industry knowledge outside of RBC
