The Opportunity

Rocky View Schools invites applications for a continuing, part-time (17.5 hrs/wk) School Receptionist position for Nose Creek Elementary School starting August 29, 2022. Nose Creek Elementary School is located in the City of Airdrie, and serves students from grades K-4. Responsibilities Include

Greets, screens and directs callers

Maintains program for daily student absences and parent messages

Responds and directs school generic email in appropriate and timely manner

Organizes and facilitates school announcements

Prepares, distributes, collects and categorizes varies schools forms

Assist with student supervision, infirmary, and/or school bus area

Education/Experience

High School Diploma

Minimum two years previous experience in a office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Web base applications

Previous experience in an educational setting is considered an asset
