The Marketing and Enrollment Content Creator serves as the communication conduit between the marketing and enrollment team and all internal and external audiences, including Language Communities.
The position assists with creating and executing marketing enrollment plans, including content creation for social media and email marketing. The overall goal of the role is to communicate the mission and values of the organization to reach enrollment goals to all audiences through content marketing.
Content Creation:
· Lead social media content creation, posting, monitoring and reporting; create visual graphics for social media posts
· Develop and write email marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing team
· Cultivate awareness of current events, global affairs, partners and issues relevant to the organization, such as diversity, equity and inclusion
· Work with HR team to support employment recruitment efforts; work with Development team to support fundraising efforts
· Assist with creation of annual marketing plan
· Actively engage with internal constituents, including Language Communities and departments, in order to foster a culture of communication and support authentic marketing efforts
· Create and manage “CLV Voices” weekly internal newsletter
· Actively engage in professional marketing groups and associations
· Support digital relationships on social media with internal and external partners
Other:
· Participate in Crisis Response Team trainings and supportive efforts
· Set up and monitor Google alerts for organization
· Assist with proofing and/or editing text
· Ensure consistency of message by applying style manual; ensure accuracy of language use in English and languages within programming
· Plan and attend conference and events, as necessary
