· Conduct or support systemic discrimination audits of policies, procedures and processes.

· Supervise a team of two staff and chair several equity-related steering committees.

· Work and collaborate with PDSB Unions, Associations and Federations.

Your ability to cultivate productive working relationships with all stakeholders – within and beyond the Board – while at the same time ensuring that the work moves forward in a way that helps to transform the PDSB will prove invaluable in this key mandate, along with your in-depth knowledge of anti-oppression frameworks and how they apply to create an equitable workplace.
