Reporting to the Director, the Junior Website Developer works in a team and is responsible for 'front-end' website implementation and maintenance for clients.

Manages multiple assignments.
Understands requirements for website implementation and ensures that assigned requirements are met in a timely fashion;
Liaises and meets with Project Managers, Client Managers, Technical Managers, Infrastructure, Developers and Communication Department regarding client projects and work demands;
Ensures that quality control and service standards are attained for every activity, especially website testing;
Devises ways to continuously improve team operations; identifies inefficiencies and implements appropriate plan of action;
Attends training sessions to build knowledge of organizational and industry topics and trends.
