BMI-PacWest, Inc. is searching for a Service Dispatcher for scheduling HVAC Services out of our Santa Maria, CA office. Learn more about our company at www.bmipacwest.com

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Maintaining exceptional customer service relationships with BMI customers.
Manage daily work schedule for our HVAC Service/Field Representatives.
Set-up ongoing preventive maintenance schedules for our maintenance base customers
Determine and dispatch appropriate Service Representative to ensure quick and efficient resolution of problems.
Ability to communicate results to customers.

Requirements:

Previous HVAC Service Dispatch experience a plus.
Logistical skills and knowledge of service area.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Able to work with computers and understand programs and apps.
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge a plus.
