Position Summary:
This role serves as a “first and last” impression to our customers within advanced primary care clinics. The Front Desk Specialist-APC exemplifies our passionate commitment to creating a memorable experience for every patient and has a passion for customer service. These APC Clinics will deliver exceptional quality outcomes, specifically for patients with complex care needs and who are in value-based payer contracts. Work situations are a variety of functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer “obsessed” and team player attitude. Clinic environment include walk-in and appointment-based care with fluctuating and dynamic patient flow volumes throughout the shift. This position requires a highly collaborative approach to services in a clinic environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in customer service strongly preferred
