WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Full-time Front Desk Agent

We have an exciting opportunity within our Front Office as a Front Office Agent. This exciting position was designed for our Guests to have a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

• Check guest in and out of the hotel
• Settling guest bills at check out
• Assisting guests with luggage to and from their guestroom
• Valet parking vehicles
• Providing guests with information about local attractions, restaurants in and around Calgary
• May be required to lift up to 25lbs
• Valid driver’s license equivalent to a Class 5 Province of Alberta driver’s license
