Provides customer service, technical and administrative support for the Welcome and Advising Center. Has an understanding of SFCC programs, services and key personnel as well as determines needed services and ability to assist students, faculty and staff as well make appropriate referrals when needed. Must be committed to serving a diverse college community. Actively participates in and contributes to continuous quality improvement.
