Your Opportunity
In this position as an electrical engineering technician/technologist you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team of engineers, technicians, and technologists on multiple projects for a range of public and private sector clients. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual who wants to challenge their abilities in a dynamic work environment.
At Stantec we take pride in our ability to offer a flexible workplace. There is a preference for the successful candidate to be based in the Waterloo, ON office, however, we are open to this candidate being based in any of Stantec's Southern Ontario office locations. The option to work remotely from home on a full-time or part-time basis, with some limited requirements to attend client sites or a local office for team collaboration is also a possibility.

Education and Experience
Technical diploma/certificate or equivalent in electrical engineering
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in planning and design within the utilities industry, specifically with LDC’s such as Toronto Hydro, Alectra Utilities, Energy , KW Hydro.
