Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts of one or more of Just Energy’s brands while growing the digital sales. As a vital member of the team, the ideal candidate works closely with members of the Digital Sales team to expertly manage and execute marketing initiatives and projects within Paid Social, SEO, PPC and other digital verticals.
This person quickly understands and supports initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of the business. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: daily account management (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising), analyzing digital performance metrics, discovering and presenting opportunities for growth and optimizations, presenting and implementing growth initiatives to sales and COA goals, act as a business owner for digital sales projects, work cross-functionally with product, pricing, and technology teams to support online sales goals, regularly present findings, insight and recommendations for sales growth.

o Experience working in a flexible, employee-empowering work environment. Team collaboration a must
o Highly skilled with the tools of the trade in a sales/corporate environment including written communication, website development, market research, product creation, Microsoft software suite of products
o Experience with managing portfolio of partnerships, with accountability to maintaining consistent records of contracts and versions
