Customer Service Representative / Dispatch
AirWorks is an established HVAC company that is quickly growing and needs to add a full time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to the team. This position is the front line of AirWorks providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Other duties entail data entry, dispatching, answering phones, scheduling, and invoicing.
We are looking for someone organized, with great written, and verbal communication skills as well as computer literate. You MUST have AWESOME inbound and outbound phone skills, customer service oriented, be able to work in groups and alone, have an eye for detail, embrace change, and patience. Flexibility is also important, as well as a good sense of humor and being a team player is key!
