What you will do:
As our Customer Service Specialist, you will provide internal and external customers an exceptional experience by listening and understanding their needs to provide effective solutions in a timely manner. As the central point of contact with our customers, you will assist customers with questions and complaints; update customer information in our database; and processes orders efficiently and accurately. This position may be a remote or hybrid role based out of our Ashland, OH or Detroit Lakes, MN location.

The job: *
Every day, your primary role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to our internal and external customers by either phone or email. You will assist customers with their questions and enter and process customer orders.

The skills you need: *
To succeed in this role, you must have experience with computers and data entry, be proficient with email and possess excellent phone skills. You must maintain a high level of professionalism, have excellent communication skills, and be well organized. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and 3-5 years of experience is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
