Position Summary

Galaxy Metal Products, an affiliated company of Super Stud Building Products based in Edison, NJ, is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representativeto add to our inside sales team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with our outside and inside sales team, engineering, and manufacturing team deliver a high-quality hollow metal door and frame system.

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Supervises: None

Job Function

• Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Use proprietary software to provide quotes to customers.
• Work with our Shipping and Production Departments to ensure accuracy of orders
• Resolve Customer complaints as needed
• Provide support for field and sales representatives

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Data entry experience
• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Motivated, coachable, and able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status by completing Federal Form I-9 in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
