Primary Purpose
This position supports the inside sales, customer service, and operations departments by performing a variety of key administrative and reception tasks in high volume packaged gas distribution centre.

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this position would be part of the process support and customer care teams. Responsible for meeting various customer service and administrative performance targets
Decision-Making Authority:
Decisions made based on company policy and escalated per approval requirements
Physical and Sensory Demands:
Sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 10 lbs, multi-tasking required, attention to detail, frequent distractions (phones, e-mails), looking at computer screens for long periods of time. Mon – Fri
Working Environment:
Office environment, interactions with customers potentially leading to disagreeable situations
