This is a Full-Time position in a high-volume, fast paced, warranty driven environment. Responsible for polite, professional and efficient telephone & e-mail communications with customers, ensuring timely response to all incoming calls while displaying an eagerness to serve customers’ immediate need. Determines warranty eligibility of any service items in question based on current and historical warranty provisions, assigning customer costs for those items which are not covered by warranty. Reviews customer requests for warranty to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and course of remedy — working directly with the customer. Responsible for routing and for scheduling services with homeowner, dealers or contractors. Enters complete and accurate order information into order entry system. Possess excellent written and verbal communication, data analysis, and time management skills. Must possess organization, multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to manage multiple conflicting priorities, frequent change and most of all be a TEAM player.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
