The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers with questions or orders, kit fulfilment, assisting in preparation for health clinics and dog shows and other projects as assigned from time to time.

The Customer Service Representative is expected to have excellent phone and interpersonal skills, must be able to investigate customer complaints and questions and answer those in a personal, professional manner, specifically addressing their unique questions and concerns.

The Customer Service Representative is expected to have exceptional written communication for addressing customer questions and complaints, and tailoring those responses directly to address the customers’ needs. The Customer Service Representative is expected to be both a company steward and an advocate for the customer.

This is an entry level position and we will train the right candidate
