Summary
Genuine Cable Group (GCG) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone and via electronic inquiries, entering customer orders and quotes into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, sourcing products and pricing, and supporting inside sales staff.
