Work Experience
Experience in customer service desirable with a sales aptitude.
Experience with computer software desirable. Microsoft Office Suite essential.
Knowledge of personal lines insurance products desirable.

Job Related Training Requirements
Successfully complete all company, state and federal requirements (licenses) to market and service designated State Farm products and continue to be licensed in good standing is required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work from the agent’s office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in insurance financial review appointments.
Assisting Agent with answering the phone, directing calls, appointment settings, leads, and servicing customers as required to maintain Remarkable Service.
Utilizing Simple Conversations and Word Tracks to pivot and provide solutions based on customer needs.
Conduct needs based interviews in the agent’s office supported by technology.
Meet team sales goals set by the agent.
Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity.
As directed by the agent, work with agent’s computer system to update information in customer databases used by the agent including assistance in premium fund receipts, deposits and trouble shooting.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent.
Community Oriented and Participation in community events.
General Housekeeping of Work area.
Assist with General Housekeeping of personal work area and common areas of the office.

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
