Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience required
Basic Computer & Microsoft Office proficiency required
Internet skills required with the ability to verbally walk a customer through detailed website navigation and complete basic browser troubleshooting
Experience in a high volume call center or customer service contact center utilizing a phone queue system, and handling other channels of inquiry such as email is a plus
Customer Relationship Management (Netsuite experience a plus)
