Job description
When you join the Magnacharge family, you will be respected as a leader in the industry. And will gain the knowledge & support from our entire team of 22 offices spanning Canada and 3 USA States.
Customer Service, Business administration and Operations - Fulfill orders to our main clients as well as walk in customers, provide pricing and complete point of sale transactions, handle cash and payments, as well as attend to emails and filing paperwork and invoices. Provide administrative tasks as necessary.
Logistics and Inventory Management – assist in maintaining necessary inventory in stock to ensure we can fulfill client orders and provide feedback to management on what may be needed. Assist our warehouse staff in organizing stock once it is received into the warehouse.
Merchandize and maintain the retail and warehouse sections and inventory to maintain efficiency in tracking inventory and picking orders effectively. Assist in any maintenance tasks around the branch where necessary.
Customer Service – Magnacharge offers top notch service and support, so we are looking for someone to effectively fulfill client orders and speak with phone-in and walk-in customers. Process warranty claims and handle returns. Assist in any customer service areas when possible.
Although attention to detail in paperwork is important, you will not be tied to a desk the entire day. Developing relationships with customers is key, organizing inventory and providing products to customers with a smile is all part of your day.
Looking for someone in August 2022, however we will wait for the right candidate.
The position is Monday to Friday 8-4:30pm.
Flexibility and time off is provided in the position and the ideal candidate is someone who is looking to start and develop a career instead of a job.
