Education:
High School Diploma.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years related experience in a front-line customer service position in a high-volume environment inclusive of one (1) year experience with cash and debit/credit card handling and payment processing. Experience with one-card systems or similar systems/databases preferred. Experience using virtual queue management software (ex. Qless) is an asset

Skills:
Strong customer service skills

• Ability to deal tactfully, courteously and effectively with people
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer applications including intermediate skills using word processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (Excel), data management (Excel, E-Reports), and E-mail (Outlook).
• Accurate keyboarding skills for data entry and processing.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy working with figures and information.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills including the ability to adapt to changing priorities, deal with multiple requests, high volume, and support multiple managers.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrated ability to act in a professional manner when dealing with difficult situations and maintain confidentiality
• Respects diversity and promotes inclusion in the workplace, contributes to an inclusive and diverse team-based, positive work environment.
