PGS - Westside II, Inc. dba Westside Building Material Customer Service Rep collaborates with Outside Sales and Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Handles the overall coordination and execution of customer service; first point of contact with our customers. Will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, where team work and initiative are necessities.
Summary of Position:
The primary function of customer service representative is to provide exceptional customer service to all customer and employees. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training on product knowledge of building materials for the drywall industry will be provided.
