GetOutside Shoes offers Toronto's best selection of classic and cutting-edge name-brand footwear and has been doing so for over 20 years. Our flagship store is located at Queen and Spadina in the epicenter of Toronto's fashion, design and entertainment districts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers over the phone
• Respond to a high volume of customer service email inquiries and live chat
• Guaranteeing each customer receives excellent service and ensuring the customer feels satisfied and valued
• Answer general customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding orders, shipping, products, etc.
• Additional duties and tasks will be assigned.

Skill Requirements

• Demonstrates high degree of professional written and oral communication
• Provide excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.Utilize multiple internal platforms and softwares efficiently to ensure optimized performance and solutions to customer inquiries
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, while maintaining speed and efficiency
• Share product knowledge and assist with product selection as well as an overall understanding selling in e-commerce on various marketplaces
• Engage in productive time management to fulfill essential job functions
• Adhere to company policies on pricing, shipping and discounts

Qualifications:

• 1 – 3 years experience, preferably in retail, customer service or E-commerce
• Experience with CRM and e-Commerce platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of fashion trends, footwear and possess brand awareness is an asset
• Proficiency in English with professional oral and written communication skills
• Tech savvy
• PC Skills
• 50 WPM (MINIMUM)
• Proficient in Word, Excel (plus)
