The Customer Experience Specialist (CES)understands customer requirements and has an awareness of any technical limitations prohibiting a premium customer experience (CX). The CES is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of systems and processed, companywide, with a focus on improving CX and ensuring that all channels are user friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. Accuracy, creativity and attention to detail are highly valued in this position.
