Our Business Development Manager has one of the most important roles within our company. We are in search of someone who is driven with great communication skills. Responsibilities:

-Generate IT sales and business

-Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing including (but not limited to) cold calling, emails, site visits, social media marketing and many more

-Assess client IT needs and make recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages

-Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients

-Demonstrate IT equipment to highlight product benefits

-Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients

-Provide technical advice after sales

-Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals

-Track progress toward goals and document sales performance

-Create marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales

Requirements:

-Degree in Sales Management or related field or relevant equivalent experience.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing,

-Knowledge of High-end Enterprise Grade IT Infrastructure products and accessories including (but not limited to) Servers, Storage, Networking Equipment, Security Firewalls and Routers, Wireless Access Points & Controllers, Cables, Fibre Cables etc. (required)

-Knowledge of IT Managed service trends in enterprise markets including (but not limited to) Data Cabling, Managed Deskside Support, Microsoft 365 & other cloud products, hosting security and antivirus etc. (required)

-Exceptional written and verbal communication in English,

-Negotiation,

-Critical thinking,

-Ability to meet sales targets,

-Ability to work under pressure,

-High energy level, motivation, ambition, technical skills, attention to detail.
