What you do:

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Associate Marketing Manager, Digital Guest Experience is responsible for supporting digital marketing campaigns and all other brand content across Boston Pizza digital experiences, which includes: Brand Promotions; Corporate Website; Apps; Loyalty; Email; and Online Ordering.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Support in building and executing digital Marketing campaigns, content campaign and content deliverables incl. website promotion tiles and landing pages; email deployments; app promotion tiles; and search engine optimization.
  • Contribute to the content calendar used in planning and summarizing all monthly Boston Pizza guest facing communications (web, app, email, social), ensuring alignment across channels while considering key marketing dates and promotion cadence.
  • Support online menu management: briefing, ordering site, brandsite, third party providers.
  • Leverage data and insights (e.g., performance results, Google analytics, email metrics, SEO Ranking, guest feedback, etc.) to help identify opportunities to improve campaign deliverables and/or digital experiences.
  • Stay up to date on digital, e-commerce and loyalty best practices/trends/competitor activations to inform future activations/deliverables.

 

Who you are:

  • You have a degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • You have 1-2 years of experience digital marketing, or other relevant experience;
  • You are familiar with tools and systems that enable Digital Guest Experiences (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Email Deployment tools, SEO Monitoring tools, Creative design, etc.);
  • You have very strong organizational and time management skills;
  • You are an excellent communicator (written, verbal and presentation);
  • You have effective problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team;
  • You may have the added experience or understanding of restaurant operations.
