JOB SUMMARY: The Adult Services Practitioner provides rehabilitative mental health skills and services to adults in the community setting.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or 6000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage required.
